Welcome to BreachLogic.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BreachLogic.ai website, platform, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Vitaly Simonovich ("we," "us," or "our").

BreachLogic.ai provides cybersecurity education, research, and consulting services:

2.1 Academy

Online courses and training programs covering cybersecurity topics including vulnerability research, AI security, and penetration testing methodologies. Some courses may require payment.

2.2 Research

Free access to our vulnerability research publications, CVE disclosures, and technical write-ups.

2.3 Services

Security consulting, guest speaking, and training services available upon request.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You may sign up using:

  • Google OAuth authentication
  • Magic link email authentication

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

3.3 Account Requirements

You must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not create accounts for others without authorization
  • Not share your account access with others

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content on BreachLogic.ai, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials, videos, and documentation
  • Research articles and CVE write-ups
  • Software, code examples, and tools
  • Logos, trademarks, and branding
  • Website design and user interface

is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute our content
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Reverse engineer any software or tools

4.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests for courses will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.

6.4 Subscription Cancellation

If applicable, subscription services may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Content on BreachLogic.ai does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice. Consult appropriate professionals for specific security needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BREACHLOGIC.AI, ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Services
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BreachLogic.ai, its owner, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Any content you submit to the Services

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Termination by Us
